NUTTY DIP
2 oz. of neufchatel cheese softened
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. milk
Stick crackers
1 apple, cut into slices
1 pear, cut into slices

MIX neufchatel cheese, peanut butter, honey and milk in small bowl until well blended.

SERVE with crackers, apple and pear for dipping.

STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
PLACE 3/4 cup fat free milk, 1/2 cup frozen strawberry fat free yogurt, 1/3 cup bran flakes and 1/4 cup each sliced strawberries and bananas in blender container; cover. BLEND on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings, 1 cup each.
